Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in Toronto’s prestigious Thornhill neighbourhood, this home was thoughtfully crafted as more than a showpiece. It was designed to be lived in, appreciated, and experienced every day. Spanning over 7,500 square feet, the residence balances European-inspired sophistication with a calm, modern sensibility, creating spaces that feel both refined and welcoming.
Natural light flows through expansive windows, illuminating an open-concept interior where every detail was carefully considered. From the warmth of herringbone flooring to the precision of a chef’s kitchen equipped with Gaggenau and Miele appliances, each element reflects a commitment to quality and craftsmanship. These are spaces designed to host, to gather, and to support daily life with ease.
The primary suite was envisioned as a true retreat and a place to unwind and reset. Terrazzo flooring, a freestanding tub, and a double-sided fireplace create a spa-like atmosphere that feels both personal and restorative. Throughout the home, luxury is expressed through intention. Private amenities such as a gym, theatre, and seamless indoor and outdoor living areas with a lap pool and cabana extend the experience beyond the home itself.
Integrated smart home technology, an elevator, and a three-car garage speak to the practicality behind the elegance, ensuring the home functions as beautifully as it looks.
